Paid only attention upon buying package.. after classic becomes 15 mins , including drying of nails ! Horrible!

My friend and I went to get our nails done as we saw that they were having a promotion. The staffs tried encouraged us to upgrade the service (eg. choose another type of nail polish) we have chosen which is pretty common. But we did choose to upgrade the service. We then heard staff B asked staff A if she tried to encourage and upsell their services. Staff A then told Staff B, she tried and that there is no point in asking again since we have already rejected firmly. Staff B asked why. Staff A replied “They have no money” in their dialect to staff B. This is extremely rude. Apart from that, my friend bleed as they cut her cuticles too deep. There were also slight defects such as uneven surfaces on one or two nails done. And to future customers who would like to get your nails done here, do be prepared for the possibly of you being deemed as “no money” if you have no interest in upgrading (eg. Gel Polish instead of Regular nail polish). Based on our experience.

extremely overpriced services for a nail salon in neighbourhood area. the service was so-so with hidden costs that are not stated in the price they say. pushy with package and not happy if you say you don't want it. giving 1 star because the place is clean. (fake 5 stars are probably from their staffs)

Good gel mani! It lasted for 4 weeks without chipping ? in addition it didn’t damage my nails like gel normally does.

very, extremely overpriced and not say the quality is excellent. You can get better service and quality at a cheaper price at orchard or anywhere else. Rude staffs. Some staffs go for smoke break and not even washing their hands when they’re back and touching customers’ pedi to see if it’s dried up. staffs described their customer as “the indian” in Chinese, knowing that the customer doesn’t know that they’re referring to her. Totally not worth not even 1 star

Very good service and manicure pedicure quality very good. Better than others as the manicure seems lasting. But of a sales pitch at the end, to be expected. Looking for a good manicure pedicure service, this would be it.

Extremely pushy in selling their packages, won't let you go unless you buy. If you end up not buying, will overcharge and start adding all kinds of hidden costs. Very expensive for neighbourhood standard. Very rude staff. Will take turns to hard sell. Not very clean either. Not recommended at all. Poor experience.
