Google should provide option to give lesser than 1 star, i would have selected that. Worst trip experience, for whole sentosa they planned for half day, anyone who has went to singapore know sentosa needs at least 1 day to 1 and half day. further they dont reply to your calls and text. dont allow any change in their plans even when we inform 36hrs prior in a 5 days trip. dont waste your hard earned money on this travel

If you want to ruin your holiday. You can chose nam ho dmc. Their ALL drivers are very unprofessional and rude. They even dropped us 2 km away from our hotel 1 time we had to walk for 15-20 mins to reach our hotel with a small kid.

very bad attitude of sales team, they spk very arrogantaly especially the senior level managers, they ask us what do we kno about travel industry. such bad behaviour. really surprising how are they surviving in this industry . Never ever in life i shall book a trip with them

They don't even deserve a 1 star because of their pathetic service in Singapore. Though the company itself sent its own coach and driver still worst service. They do not provide any transfer details for the cab/coach you book for either airport or any tours. Not even driver details, I was not given any driver contact number or location where I can find him, on top of that they leave you if they don't find you in 2-3 minutes. Neither they have our number nor we have their contact details until we board the coach. Customer service is also pathetic. We called the customer executive guys for assistance, instead of helping they said there are strict rules in Singapore specially the girl named ( Shilpy ) who doesn't have the simple etiquettes to talk to the client & instead said that we cannot share details with you, which seemed like an excuse as the same company shared contact details in Sydney and Melbourne and also for airport transfer. customer executives were rude and amentative in nature. For Singapore they are the worst Agent's and Please don't go on good reviews , they are done by their staff itself .

I do was scared after seeing all the negative comments here before my travel. But now i am thinking why people are writing such negative comments about this company. As per my experience, this company is really good. Our package was superbly scheduled and executed. Special remarks on punctuality and professionalism. On time cabs, well knowledgeable guides, excellent transport vehicles etc. everything is good

Very rude staff. They make completely hopeless itinerary. Even a kid of 10 year can make more good itinerary. Drivers are worst. They try to threaten you. They don't deserve even one star but lesser is not possible. Completely unpofessional agency. Never opt for this agency as your travel partner.

This Travel Agency Deserves 0 Stars. It was my worst Nightmare with this Agent. These Bunch Of Idiots did not wait for us even for 10 Min at Gardens by the Bay at the Night, an they left us alone in a New Country at 9pm. This was when we had paid them Everything and I even told the Driver that I am reaching the Pick Up Point in 10 Minutes. We had to walk alone for more than 7 Kms to reach our Hotel at the Night. Felt Completely Harassed. Next Day, their Driver came late by 20 Min and we waited for Him, but they could not wait for their Guests even for 10 Minutes. The Lady who is managing whole of their Business is Completely Arrogant and their Drivers are Completely Stupid. If they were in India, I would have filed a Case against them. Guys, never ever Book through Nam Ho. It was a real shame that how these Agents are still Operating.
