I don't know what his problem is but the fully tattoed guy that was serving was bloody rude. Not only to me but several customers. Most of us had to wait for a good 10 mins standing there at the counter to make payment.
Why? Because he was on his phone and completely ignoring us. I'm saying us because it wasn't only me that day. Upon serving us he was literally scolding me and also snatched my money harshly as if I was interrupting his call.
Dude, don't mix your personal life and work life. I don't care if you have issues outside your life. Whatever it is don't bring that attitude to work. If 0 star was possible I would have given a 0.
