food was decent but service was horrendous likely due to understaffing. we had dinner around 8pm on a weekend: 1. we made reservations prior and were seated quickly but it took the service staff 15-20 minutes just to take our order (was just a straightforward set C). we were told to wait 5 minutes even after 10 minutes of hand waving to catch their attention. 2. service staff were yelling at each other at one point trying to direct the staff to attend to some tables 3. we asked for water but water did not come even by the end of the meal 4. no serving plates for us even by the end of the meal (see photo) 5. we had to walk to the counter and scoop the side dishes ourselves (and only 2 out of the 6 containers had food in them) 6. we were not served the lettuce and sauce that was part of set C even by the end of the meal meal cost us 82.27 dollars. don't think will return again unless things improve.

Had cravings for Korean food and was pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant with nice ambience suitable for family and friends gatherings. They accept reservation so have no fear of no vacancy. We ordered the black pork set which was rather value for money for 4 Pax. It included 2 pork dish, steamed egg and a stew dish. Also the chef will cook the pork plate first before serving so we won't get smoked by the BBQ smell. We also had unlimited side dishes which included the delicious bean sprout and Kim chi which wasn't that spicy and suitable for beginner who want to try some spicy k food. Notable mention was the Kimchi stew which was flavourful with tofu and pork. My friends did said that the Kimchi stew could b more spicy to spice up your taste buds and they loved the steamed egg. So do give it a try if you have some craving for Korea food.

Firstly, the staff asked thrice if it is a reservation of 6 pax. I repeated it is for 4 adults and 1 child. I even Whatsapped I need a baby chair, showed them the message. End up, after 15 mins of sitting down, I took the baby chair myself. Food is really mediocre, so really can’t understand why there are still good reviews. Meat is not even tasty, super bland and rubbery. Is not BBQ also, is served cooked already. All overcooked. Cold noodles also rubbery, I can’t even chew. Only took 2 photos. I usually took pictures of every item I ordered elsewhere. But the taste of the 1st pork bbq, I lose all my enthusiasm. Really never tasted such yucky β€œauthentic” Korean food. Restaurant is super short of staff. Lady boss stood there to point and give direction, even pointed me to the fridge to get the water myself when I requested for a refill. Nothing is good here. Come at your own risk and regret.

Service was good. Friendly servers. Food was served relatively quick. Beef set ($165++) came with 3-4 different cuts enough for 3-4pax. Wagyu was disappointing. Well seasoned short ribs and decent bulgogi. Fluffy steam egg was good. Generous side dishes with refills. Overall experience was okay but for over $60 per pax, I had better.

The usual korean bbq deco and settings. Wide range of variety and food is good. Understand that due to covid situation, meat are barbecued in the kitchen before serving. Mini gas stove provided to keep the meat warm is a good thought. Serving time is decent. Staff are polite but seems shorthanded on the day of visit. A good place for catching up over korean food and drinks.

If you reading this do not come here. Come at your own risk. The quality of food here is of very low standard. I have warned you. Jjampong broth is tasteless. Noodle is overcooked and soggy. Seafood has the frozen taste. Seafood sundubu was a total disaster. The soup tasted like water with colour. The ingredients was frozen. No egg. Seafood pancake was a total mess. The pancake disintegrate and falls upon when try to pick up with chopstick. Side dish was ok but I am not here for side dish. Water served was from the tap. Food is way overpriced for such standard. Service was ok. Ambience is very bad. The place looks quite rundown. Female boss was scolding staff in the restaurant, quite unsightly. If you work here you should resign immediately. You deserve better.

Service was slow although the waiters seems to work hard. Probably can improve with some reorganization of their tasks. Beef slice had too much of tough tendon. Very difficult to chew.

Place is rather poor ventilated. Service staff is quite short handed. Sides dishes are refillable and tasty. Drinks are free flow. Soy bean paste beef soup is good. Ox tail soup is quite bland. Will go back again to try other dishes though.
