I have an allergic of dirt bcs staying here. The owner wont fix the broken celling and dirty water keep dropping to my bed

Located in very acessible area! walking distance from school (NAFA) so i can save my transportation cost!! and one of the best staying in the hostel: unlimited aircon!!! ?

It is strategic, walking distance to plenty of art sites and heap areas, so the costly price is worth it if you uses it good to go out and about for networking. Other than that, it is just an okay place to stay.

It's really close to Lasalle and NAFA, so really good for students who will go there. I stayed in a 4-people room and it's still quite spacious. There are 2 very nice and friendly maids to clean the units everyday and wash your clothes, so that's a plus BUT one of my working uniform (shirt) got stolen one day and ldk where It went, which is the downside from this hostel which is anyone can just enter the building, go up the lifts, and enter your unit through the backdoor where they dry your clothes. If the door connected from the back to to the kitchen is not closed either, then It means anyone can enter your unit. So make sure you close your room's door AT ALL TIMES. There are surveillance cameras tho, only one, located in front of the front door. But I mean it's only 1 shirt from my 3 years stay so yeah... Iet's just call it bad luck. But there are few occurences where an unknown old man entered our unit from God knows where, knocking on everyone's room and asked for money because"he left his bag in his workplace and need money to go back but don't bring his wallet. " Which is such a nuissance tbh. They should up their security. The security guard at night is an old man or sometimes an Indian which just sleeps and listen to radios. Make sure to never put valuable items outside in the living room too since it's dangerous and easily accesible. Price is including water and electricity bills, maids and wifi, which is a HUGE PLUS which means UNLIMITED AIRCON! My room is located on the far end and when I first lived there the wifi (which is put on the living room)doesn't reach my room and it sucks. However, when I asked the management about It they are kind enough to install another wifi INSIDE my room which I am really grateful of tbh thank you Ms. Pan and Ms. lvy. Now it's UNLIMITED FAST WIFI! I stayed In the girls only unit. Some units are mixed (boys and girls) but you can request for a girls only if you want. I think the price is the same? I think overall it's 4/5 stars, where security is my only concern but the rest are totally recommended. Central location, near to everywhere, food everwvhere anytime, and you can easily bring your heavy and big projects home and back to school. Really greay for 3D students! And if you need to finish work at school untll11.30 PM like I usually do, no need to worry about last bus or last train!

Nangyang hotel is a great place when you are busy at school. You don't have to worry a lot about clothes and hygiene, and there are a lot of places to eat and drink nearby, and it's very convenient to be close to many shopping malls. The most important thing is that it's very close to school. You don't have to spend much time on the way to school.

Absolutely horrible. My friends who lived here still did not receive back their security deposit even though they moved out 2 years ago. When aircon or wifi is broken there is close to no assistance to fix it. The head lady suddenly shows up with random parents in order to show them the house. My friends hostel location did not have a lock on the main door, there had been incidences where drunk men walked into an all girls house due to this. I cant believe people still use this hostel service.
