Subtle, many-layered, mellow, even mysterious- who would have thought this of soy sauce? Singapore’s only brewery that still ferments the humble soy bean with tender loving care over 9 months to create these amazing sauces - go, join the tasting workshop and yes bring a credit card. You won’t be able to leave the shop without bringing home a few bottles!

I have attended their 90 mins sauce pairing workshop with my cooking class mates. It was really good experience for all of us to know that Singapore has true soya sauce production. We, as customers appreciate what their fore-generations have done to pass on this legacy and that we are able to taste them today. Such an authentic wonderful experience we had today!

Loving this Nanyang Sauce boutique along East coast road. The virgin light/dark soya sauces taste amazing. I love the umami taste found in the brew. Ken, the owner, showed us the fermentation process which is done in Singapore (100%) which takes 9 months to mature. Even their salted beans taste amazing. It is best gift for overseas friends but also what we really need for a good kitchen! Thumbs up!

We recently visited the East Coast Rd shop for Nanyang sauce and experienced a soy sauce tasting which was one of the highlights of our visit to Singapore. The family history behind the making of the sauce was fascinating and we loved how it was one of the last Singaporean sauce companies to still make sauce using traditional methods. The flavor of the sauce was amazing. The real surprise however was the soy sauce salt. This is very hard to obtain in Australia and is amazing on steaks. We bought 2 bottles. Thankyou Nanyang.

High quality sauces. A rich, full bodied flavour for the virgin brew light soya sauce that has been aged 12 months. The Nanyang soya salt adds a depth of flavour to home cooked dishes.

Bought a bottle of light and a bottle of dark soya sauce, use them to marinate the chicken wings for sesame oil chicken for dinner. The sauce is very flavorful and can taste the natural sweetness from the soya sauce. Strongly recommended

I love what my wife cooks, its tasty and appetizing :) But with addition to Nanyang Soya sauce it even makes it more appetizing. They have pretty amazing and neat sauce which with just a little makes a lot of difference! Kudos nanyang sauce!

Never knew sauces could taste this good. Blown away by Ken’s passion for and knowledge of sauces. He even organized a mini-tasting session for us (refer to pics). Perfect as a gift or for parties!
