★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a booking at 2pm but when we go there, there is no such booking made!! The staff said that they have contacted the person but we did not receive any single call!!! Is this how NAMS do things???? Such poor service and poor working attitude!! Is this how the national addictions assist the patients???
