โ โ โ โ โ Terrible experience. Cancelled appointment due to their admin/reception issues and not rectified. A total wasted trip and our time. Most importantly, unable to seek treatment/ refill meds in time due to their mistake. That is really very bad.

โ โ โ โ โ Twice I wrote in, making a general enquiry. Both times a rubbish reply came back. The 'customer care operators' who replied didn't even bother to understand what I was asking and returned incredibly frustrating template replies. At the second enquiry, I called in and explained the enquiry and was told the receiver will check and get back to me. I never got a return call or email. Not sure if this is a real clinic.

โ โ โ โ โ Do not waste your time and money on this practice. They are not very professional, and it results in a lack of care and a low quality of care. Your health is so important--find a better practice than this one.

โ โ โ โ โ Please watch your wallet before going to this clinic, even your kid is in school due to last minute activities, they can't waive no show fee. very disappointed. As the school ended 5.30pm, no way can make it to the clinic for 5pm appointment. As it's PE for last period no control on end time. I have told the staff, but still charge me >$250 for no show fee. I also told her I can show evidence with Photo.

โ โ โ โ โ They give me an appointment and a few days before the appointment, cancelled it and said doc won't be able to diagnose me. They could have found that out from the start, instead of stringing me along. Speechless that this is happening in my home country. Shocking service.

โ โ โ โ โ I would like to thank Chloe from Promises clinic for being patient when I was a little confused with my medication prescription. She wasnt annoyed when I told her to explain again and she even double assure me that I could just give her a call if im still unsure. Her on the ball post service really amazed me!
