β β β β β Horrible experience with the online shop. Made a purchase of certain products only to be told that it's sold out 2 weeks after waiting for the items. Best part is, it was only after I've texted them then they told me about it. After which, all they could offer was a refund. Didn't even bother to give any form of compensation for the time wasted in waiting.

β β β β β Order from nature market singapore and the order never came. Tried emailing, calling and also WhatsApp but there is simply no response. (Written in Sept 2020).
And now, in Feb 2021, they sneakly charge the same amount back to my credit card and I have to file a report to the bank. This ought to be highlighted for other consumers trying to buy from this company.
