Natureland Holland Village - 29/29a Lor Liput

I won’t patronize again although it’s in Holland V convenient locality. Bestie and I were in the vicinity and decided to google for body massage pampering. The staff who took my impromptu phone booking was really courteous & friendly but the front desk staff was absolutely cold with no smiles, going through the motion of registering our details and taking our payments, she exuded a bad vibe of being an unhappy worker and as if we owe her a service instead The worst part is my bestie was assigned a really bad masseuse, totally not skillful and half of the time, she was being tortured as this masseuse was using her elbow to rub against her bones, not pressure point kind of shiok-ness When we were done with the 90 mins body therapy, we left the place with no words of ‘thank you, see you again’ as the 2 front desk staff were busy with their own things behind the counter (no customers then) …. what a paid cold experience, the sun and temperatures outside felt much nicer

Great service. Shiatsu by male masseuse was good. Knots gone. Wife had the 4-in-1 head neck shoulder massage with good effect

My mother who was visiting from Europe for a massage last week and I foolishly sent her to Natureland. I know nothing about massages, but it looked very nice from the outside..........goes to show that you should never judge a book by it's cover. They placed her with a male masseuse and he was very rough. I'm quite at a loss why they would treat a woman who is 60+ in this manner. She is going home tomorrow with a continuous pain in her hip and an appointment booked for the doctor later this week.

It's OK, but not great. We were on the 2nd floor and there was loud and annoying plumbing sounds throughout the 90min session. I asked the masseuse to focus on my shoulders and neck and she acknowledged twice but spent so much time on my back and legs that there was little time left for my focus area. So I didn't feel relieved after the session. Good thing that the receptionist didn't push any packages, and we are allowed to change masseuse within first 15min if dissatisfied

Always a good time here! They have quite a few branches in Singapore and it was my first time trying this outlet. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Massage was pretty good and the hot ginger tea at the end was really nice.

First time here and came impromptu for a 5 in 1 therapy. A busy and noisy atmosphere, simple decorations. No hard sell approach; check in-pay first-massage session begins-complete and leave. The therapist seemed annoyed and unfriendly initially, but his attitude improves gradually during the session. His massage skills were great, he knows the pressure points well.

Will definitely stop going to this outlet after this time. Never was once a massage that's good here. This time with masseuse Emma, is worse massage I've ever experienced. there isn't one correct stroke. A lot of motion but I feel nothing.

went for the 4-in-1 massage. masseuse has great skills and the chair is really super comfy. but place needs more upkeeping to match the price point it is offering its services at ): have not tried the full body massage but will probably try one of the newer outlets
