Booked the manicure and pedicure package as was promised that no matter how will be given the priority to get the service done for me during CNY peak season. Had tried booking since 2weeks ago and was always fully booked. Disappointed!

The beautician is very patient and detailed, especially in the extraction! Never have I gone through such a meticulous extraction! And she is more focused on doing what's right for the face rather than simply pushing you to purchase products.

Yesterday I received a call from Spacio Beauty (Clementi) stating that my appointment with them need to cancel as the ONLY pedicurist need to fly back to Vietnam urgently . As CNY is just round the corner, there is no negotiation and the person just say sorry and nothing they can do. As I told them I need to complain she just replied will asked the manager to call back. I waited for the whole night and already expected no one will returned call. Their service is real suck (this is not the first time to experience these type of services) but of no choice as I had bought the package and also last minute where can I get to do pedicure at this period of time. This morning I called them again, a staff picked up the call politely (this is also the first time I experience surprisingly) and when she knew the whole issue, she said will called me back to settle. I was worried that she will not returned my call but she ensured that this issue will be handle by her. She is not the manager but bother to take up the responsibility. She had arranged a part time staff to do the service for me tomorrow. The management of Spacio Beauty , please take note this is the staff that you need to appreciate (despite I didnt sound good on the phone), she handle it with good tone, good manner and great initiative . By the way her name is Vivien. For those irresponsible staff , please do take action . It will ruin the image of your company

I have visited clementi brunch, the counter staff is friendly and helpful. The massage experience is one of my best in recent years. Will definitely recommend friends.

Tried their guasha facial using Fave voucher. Anna the beautician did a decent facial but was unaware of the Fave offer. It was supposed to be 90 mins with eye treatment. There was no eye treatment given and the whole session lasted only 65 mins. I told Anna and she said that each customer’s face condition is different. I Insisted that the reason I bought this promo was because of the 90 mins timing. So she relented and have me shoulder massage to make up for it. The manager told me that eye treatment was not included. Then I received an email from Fave stating Guasha facial with eye treatment. I called the next day and they offered to give me a 15 mins eye treatment another day. Another thing I noticed is that treatment room does not have its own sink. Which means that beauticians would be using their hands to open and close doors, and whatever else and move on to touching our faces without washing. Giving it a 3 star because of all these.

My session got delayed. The one who massages can't speak english well. The person who massages me is so bad. I can't even feel her massages. Bad experience.

Extremely rude staff by the name of Miki. She will try her best to hard sell you their packages and even go as far to taunt you. Don't fall for it and make sure your parents/elderly don't get coerced into signing up for their expensive packages. Absolutely zero customer service and attitude from her. Very unprofessional and highly not recommended unless you want to waste your time to come here and get angry with very rude customer service.

Horrible. I purchased a massage to my wife as a gift. It was booked by website and when my wife arrived there they informed that was cancelled but without any email, phone or SMS. The lady that attended was very rude and my wife returned to home very frustrated.
