★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just move to yishun south BTO flat last year. NEVET see the cleaner AT ALL. The previous house (Woodlands) can still see cleaner sweeping corridor every morning. This Yishun TC officer sit down in the officer and relax never do estate inspection at all. 'Such a worse Town.Council.. Very disappointed. Feedback corridor not sweeping & dirty, the Ngee Soon TC replied ask us (Resident) to take care the corridor ourselves.!! I pay the S&CC until super angry!! Footpath never high-jet washing, rubbish at hopper never clear.. NEW BTO became like 20years old BTO flat!
