I work around Hill Street. Been to NCO for many times and recently recommended my hub to bring my 2 teenagers to make new specs here. Uncle Tony guided them all thru, fm choosing their frames and get their eyes checked. And I also got my eyes checked by him too. I just changed my lenses bcos Uncle Tony said my frame is still good(made at NCO too). So altogether 2 pairs of specs and 1 pair of Specs Lenses made there with reasonable price. Fully recommended at this place. Everyone there are very helpful and approachable. Will go again!!

I LOVE new china!!! frames and service are wonderful, prices are reasonable and getting my specs was half hour or less! Have been a repeat customer for at least 5 years and will defo come back here if I need new specs!

Uncle Tony is a very warm and friendly owner, giving professional and sincere service. Prices are competitive and spectacles can be collected in under half an hour. (: Was served by the young man there (Gao Ming), who was efficient and patient with helping me to best recommend a frame suitable for me (not just in design, but the materials and why it was suitable). Don't trust the good reviews. I had such a terrible experience that I needed to share it. Come here only If you want to get no recommendations and bad service. Wanted to do an eye test, had to prompt the cashier. was given instructions to wait for 2 ahead of me, no recommendation for frames. An older lady prompted me, told her I was waiting for eye test. She tested the lense and said the glasses I was trying on(which I liked) was not suitable for my lenses, told me to look at a particular column only and went away. None of it looked good. Did not give any suggestions or ask me what I'm looking for. She then told me go look at the rectangular black glasses column(exactly the same 1 I was wearing) and walked away again. I came here to buy the same pair again? It's as if they don't want to bother. I'm guessing business is too good, why put in effort? Don't expect anyone to help you out much. It's also a pity, I saw a pair online named by the owner that I really liked by but with such terrible service, got turned off so much that I rather get my glasses elsewhere even though I liked the design. Hope no one frequents here, just bad service all around.

Great place! Been here 3 years ago and made both of our glasses here for a very valuable price. Great service and alot of selection of frames. Eye measurements were meticulous. Came back here today to make another pair of glasses, service are the same! Love the consistency! Frame + transition lens+ Blue light lens only $240 for their in house. Made 2 pairs!

I had a pair of spectacles from another shop that had cracks and a spotty coating, so I came here to see what could be done. Uncle Tony helped to wipe the spots, and advised me on how to clean them properly. I still decided to replace the lenses due to the cracks, and they were done within about 20 minutes ($80 total for lenses + blue light coating). The hinges were also tightened up nicely! Overall quick and affordable, with good service from all staff! Thanks very much!

Old school optical shop with cheap and good glasses, excellent service, and a really interesting and long history. A pair of new glasses (frame + lens) cost me only $60+. I changed the lenses on my old frame for only $45. The best part, everything was ready in about 20 mins. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely be going back.
