Made my first pair of spectacles at Premium Eyecare Funan. It was a pleasant and enriching experience. The optometrists there are very caring and knowledgeable. The whole process was smooth and not pressurising at all. Highly recommended!

I received a comprehensive eye check up at Premium Eyecare. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process which was very well explained. Initially, I thought such an elaborate eye examination (for eg; eye pressure test, posterior imaging) could only be done at eye clinics but was surprised and pleased to know this retail store offers these complex services ! Apart from the eye examination, I also purchased a very nice and chic frame at an affordable price. The staff helped me pick out an array of frames that would really bring out my features and also fit comfortably in my budget. It didn’t take long for me to settle for a frame as they were so helpful and gave honest and constructive comments on the different frames. Not forgetting that premium eyecare has GREAT customer service. They were not pushy on sales, very helpful and friendly, I could see they genuinely cared about my eye health and I felt safe and well taken care of. I would highly recommend Premium Eyecare Funan to all !

Visited the store for the Contact Lens Fitting service. It was my first time trying out contact lens and Valerie did a great job in making me feel at ease throughout the whole process! :) She was very patient as she guided me during the trial fitting. Paid $50 for this service (took about 1.5 hours) and received 5 trial pairs. Unfortunately there is no waiver of consultation if you do decide to purchase contact lens afterwards. However, the staff do not engage in pushy sales tactics and instead encourage you to try the trial pairs and revisit for a follow-up check. Great service!
