If you love flaky croissants with tons of layers, you have to try new deli. The portion sizes are huge, (i usually have one per meal and i’ll be full) and the baker/owner is extremely generous with the toppings — aside from being extremely friendly too. I mean, just look at the amount of almonds on the croissant! The kouign-amann is really good too. But as someone who’s slightly biased towards savoury bites, my personal fav would definitely be the pesto cheddar tomato one. ?? 10/10 will buy again!!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried out some of the pastries and they're so nice I ate them all before taking photo of all.. so you can see some of them here. Owner is super friendly and knowledgeable. and informative on what drink to pair with tea so do ask him!!
Easy to reheat to the crunchy / crispy sound - use oven or toaster at 180 degrees

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gabriel the baker is a hardworking and passionate young man who clearly displayed his skills in his beautiful freshly baked goods. Just look at the pictures. I toasted the vanilla Kouign-amann in a normal toaster for a few minutes today Monday from Saturday's collection and it was still crispy to the bite. The others that I purchased - matcha, houjicha Kouign-amanns, rosemary, garlic & cheese spirals, chocolate & banana puffs, chicken sausage quiche and matcha croissant - all tasted fabulous as they looked. I hope word of mouth gets to the wider vicinity of potong pasir, macpherson, bidadari, as this little bakery tucked in Macpherson Mall is too good to be missed. Support small local biz!
