Received the voucher from my colleague and loved that it was so easy to redeem the full month package! Also loved that the tarts were not sweet and perfect for eldery as well!

We have patronised Sweetest Moments for both our kid's full month celebratory gifts. It was a fuss free experience with good and professional communications to ensure the gift sets were customized to what we requested. Pastries were good in both taste and presentation.

The chocolate brownie is great! Everything is detailed and well designed. The cakes are not too sweet and nicely favoured.

For moms who are planning for birthday party, I’m not sure if this place could be a good choice. Before making an order, they said they would be able to provide you a bit more information on delivery status even though you select 10am-1pm. However, on the delivery day I hear something different message saying that they don’t have any estimate time as they have volumes of order for the day. Be aware delivery time range will be even greater if you use free delivery coupon (10am-5pm). If you do have flexibility for your party, it will be just okay to wait. But if you plan for a party at school, you wouldn’t be able to tell teachers when the cake is delivered, not even if it is in the morning or afternoon. It could have been nice if their customer service was kind enough to provide a little more detail on delivery. Most of all, their cold mannered attitude doesn’t give you any relief. Overall customer service experience wasn’t up to expectation.

Thank you for making my child so happy on her birthday by specially delivering the cupcakes to us in time for her celebrations in school! I must say the cupcakes look so delicious and decadent. I will definitely order them again!! ?

Had an amazing experience ordering my baby's full month celebration boxes from sweetest moment. First, the taste & quality of the cakes are good. Secondly, the sales team is very kind + prompt in action to allow me to add on extra orders (with personalized card) few days before the scheduled delivery. Third, the delivery personnel that came along was extremely nice and friendly, even gave us suggestions to choose the option of gifting inclusive of delivery however the types of boxes I wanted does not have that extra service option. Definitely highly recommended. Price is value for money!

Had a very bad experience with my order. The cupcakes were received by a family member in the morning in a pretty bad condition where the cream were smudged. The side of box also had traces of cream. The last straw was the untidy bow at the top. My guess was the packer accidentally cut the cupcakes with the box as he/she was lowering the box, but didn't bother to QC and sent it out anyway. At night, after I returned home n had a closer look, took photos and sent an email to SM to feedback. Received a reply from them the next day, 1. putting the blame on me that I should have rejected the order and contacted cust service right away and 2. Insisted their delivery driver did a check and that the cupcakes were ok (they provided a "picture proof" photo taken by the driver not of the cupcakes but of the receipt and my unit number) 3. Insisted they did QC before it was sent out. I have submitted my feedback late on my end, and understandably I wasn't expecting a refund or replacement. The feedback could have been much better handled with at least an acknowledgement of the defective product that was sent out. I definitely would not recommend SM for their inconsistent quality and its unempathetic customer service.
