★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been having issues with my bike shifting. Tried a few different places but they dont seem to be able to crack the code. It always ends up with not being able to shift to the smallest gear. Not until i came to New Era. Uncle-mechanic solved the issue so easily, discovered and fixed a few more and now my cheapo bike feels great once again. Way to go!! Best place to service your bike hands down at very affordable prices!!

Friendly staff to assist and answer queries. Wife bought her very first helmet there. Definitely will head there again when mine retires.

Also, do check out their online store if you prefer your items to be mail over right to your doorstep for the added convenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 6 stars! The shop has good selection of tires, bar tape and many other quality bike products. Staff is friendly & always ready to help.
In-house mechanic, Ho is superb in assisting me to install my new super tight Vittoria Corsa tires, bar tape to complete my RB "mod".
Lastly, their price is reasonable for their products & services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been visiting new era for bike parts since 2020. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I am rather particular when it comes to my bike, and my experience with them has been excellent. I got my new fork cut at their showroom today. The work is done professionally and neatly, and I was well informed about what is going to be done prior to the cut. The price is very reasonable, and I got my fork back on the spot.
The guys at new era cycle have earned my trust, and I would recommend the shop to all the bike enthusiasts in Singapore.

The communication was awesome. Quick, polite and responsive. Decided to go to the shop myself - Service was excellent. The two young gentlemen who served me was also knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Above all - they were Professional - a trait that is lacking in most industries and retail unfortunately. Awesome experience. I will buy all my bicycle items from them hereon. 5-Star is underrated. Here is one more ⭐ Make it 6-star! Keep up the brilliant services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest supply of bike accessories in store. Best to visit online store to see if item is in stock before heading down.
The staff are super friendly. Price reasonable for most item. Get to try different helmet as they have a wide range. Same for clipped shoes as well.
Highly recommend to visit to buy some bike stuff.
