If you're wondering how the business manage to survive month to month with a most of the time empty store, and 2 dollar haircut, it's because their real business is hard selling overpriced packages to victims, outright conning older folks and scaring them of their non existent scalp issues. No misunderstanding, no exaggeration, I want you to understand fully and clearly that this is first and foremost a con shop designed to prey on people that couldn't handle aggressive sales tactics.

They did not even concentrate on cutting my hair. Im left with patches all over. My haircut took only 5mins for them to finish and they took 10mins to convince me to do my scalp and membership. Workers were very judgy. Please please please do not support them.

Hardcore Upselling!!!!! I went in just for a haircut + wash, stylist did a scalp check for me and suggested that I should do a scalp treatment. I agreed and did that. After that he still wanted to sell me a package. He showed me 5 different packages, bringing the price down each time. I disagreed to the package finally and he said okay Nevermind. When I was paying, he tried to hardsell their membership as well and did not stop, until I firmly said I do not want anything.

Please enter into the hair salon at your own risk! I totally agree with all the reviews in the comment section. It’s true that there’s very hardcore up selling of their treatment. I was scammed by the $6 haircut poster and when I entered into the shop and the China lady with the short hair did not put in much effort to cut my hair and spent much more time promoting theirhair treatment and insulted that my hair condition was super bad and got me to sign up for the $99 scalp treatment. After the hair treatment, she kept forcing me to to sign up for the package which costs a thousand over dollars! I rejected her many times and she was super unhappy. Avoid this hair salon and remember to read reviews before booking your hair appt or just for a simple haircut! A simple haircut can potentially turn out to be like scam such as this!

I was walking around when I changed upon the place and I asked how much it would cost me to have my hair coloured with treatment. One of the guys working there said $99. So I went into the salon (which was empty by the way) and when I entered one of the staff exchanged a look and started laughing with the staff that brought me in to the salon as if I was done kind of prey. I sat down and was giving a trim. The stylist then gave a colour book (even though we’ve already fed idea the colour that I want before entering the salon) and started explaining how these colours are more organic and it’s better, comes with certain ingredients but the price is $169, I was reluctant at first but fell into their convincing words after agreeing to a price of $159. The salon played loud music to the point I started having a migraine. And they were walking in and out of the salon while the music is blasted to the maximum. Thank god for noise cancelling AirPods. I expected a steam treatment, but it ended up to be myself lying down on the wash chair while conditioner is placed to soak in for a few minutes. After the wash, I requested for the stylist to blow my hair straight but he did it half heartedly. In the end I walked out of the salon with parts of my hair still wet, not blown straight, too part of my hair a different colour and the bottom part the same colour as before I entered the salon. I don’t know what I paid $159 for.

Didn’t bother to check on the reviews before trying. I only wanted a simple haircut initially. The guy asked me if im a member and i said no. So he brought me to a room to do a scalp scanning, saying it’s free. I get it, usually after the analysis they usually start pushing products/package. I told him i will consider about it but after a moment i thgt maybe i can try it for once. After the treatment he brought me back to the room and show me how good my scalp is after the treatment. Another lady started to come in and hard sell the package to me. It was 2 person in the room trying to push the package. They proposed 10x initially and i kept telling them i will think about it, after a while they proposed 5x and I insisted i will think about it bc I wasn’t ready to sign up for any package. I just wanted a simple haircut from the start. Both of them tried to persuade me for a whole full half an hour. We left the room and proceed to the counter, they never gave up still trying to sell me a one time treatment for the next round. I said no and they proposed why not i put a deposit to lock in the treatment price which is $199(UP 299). They said even if i refuse to do treatment next time the credits can be used for washing and hair cut. Initially they asked me to put $100 deposit, I insisted no. They tried saying $20 i still say no. The lady said “it’s only $20 very little money you have cash ma can just put it as deposit”. I just dont like when ppl try to forceful and pushy. After leaving the shop i checked on the reviews realising they are using the same tactics on everyone (tell ppl how badly the hair loss conditions are and started selling anti hair loss treatment). Even if im considering to do treatment I would rather go for high ratings shop. Just avoid this shop.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! At first I thought I buy their $50 'topup' service, cuz with that you could cut your hair for $5. Now that I paid that price and cut, they didn't even cut my hair evenly. Now my hair actually looks like garbage! This is outright nonsense! They keep asking me to topup $100 so that I can do services like dyeing hair and other services. Does it make sense? I swear the service was super bad that, when I said I only want the $50, he let me sit on the chair then pushed my head! It felt very unprofessional and to be honest it made you felt that you did something wrong. ALL IN ALL I REALLY FEEL LIKE THERE ARE ALSO OTHER CHEAPER HAIR CUTTING OPTIONS, JUST DON'T GO FOR THIS Some update: I was furious and so I went back to the same shop and got a refund. Seriously, do go back and get your refunds if needed!

A hard sell experience. I consider myself fortunate that I only lost $10 for a poor hairwash. Just reject them outright and firmly. Better still, don't step inside!
