My first time here and I like it. Staff are professional and friendly, they make effort to address you by your name. I love it that there is no hard-selling here, unlike so many salons in Singapore. Another major plus point is their honesty & integrity. There was a walk-in without appointment and slots are fully booked. Boss was nice and explained professionally that they really couldn't take them. Super impressed as I have witnessed other salons just accepted every customers due to greed for money, and caused all other customers delays and having to wait extremely long. Thank you. My hair was done by Hair Stylist Iris and I love it. Price was not ridiculously expensive. Have to emphasize, it's really awesome that there is no hard-selling, please don't change. I encounter no major red flag here, but I did have to wait for 20min to be attended even though I made appointment. However, I understand that it was because previous customers were late so caused the snowball effect. Perhaps management can consider customers having to pay a small fine if they're late for more than 30min. As it's only my first time so I rated 4. If it's consistently this good, I will change to 5 in the future. Thank you for doing such wonderful business, I hope that I can recommend you to my family and friends in the future. Finally had my first haircut ever since the pandemic started and had a great experience here! Friendly and helpful staff who recommended a great hairstyle and gave tips on hair care and maintenance. Will come back again!
