★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utterly disappointed with the service rendered. Used the tailgate for only 2 months, and to hear that the tailgate was not working. Require payment to be made first before even proceeding to check on the issues (Business usually work by credit terms)
All in all, not service orientated and HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you use them to install the Tail Lift, please ensure to pay within their payment term , if is COD Do pay on the spot as if you drag or delay the payment, there got a chance they will come into premises and uninstall some parts so you not able to use. After you made the full payment and need to pay extra $ to let them fix back the uninstall parts but you have no idea when will be the exact date for them to arrange to fix back. so just wait .
