The food was also meticulously prepared that focus on helping mothers to nurse back to health especially the herbal tonic soup. I was also looking forward to the delicious food during each meal. The services also include massage and herbal foot soak. Special mention to the nanny who was professional and shared many helpful tips on how to manage the baby. Overall, it was a great experience. Would recommend to others.
R	Rayhaan Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my wife have been staying here for 3 weeks, we will be here for another week ,i would like to says it is more like staycation rather than confinement, environment here is tranquil and peaceful, food served is delicious and delicate, I heard that the chef was the ex head chef of Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Nanny assigned to our room is a Malaysian, very caring and helpful. Sophia has been very responsive, she would attend to my wife's request very promptly. Thank you all again new life team.

She is a great cook & I have always finished my confinement food & herbal soups she made:) She is very attentive to the baby’s needs & knows immediately how to calm my baby’s cries. During this period, she also taught me how to latch the baby & do breastfeeding in a more comfortable way so that we mothers do not suffer from backache or wrist pain in the long run. She also taught me how to take care of my baby from 2nd month onwards & she is extremely kind to show my maid as well. She is always sharing her experiences & I have learnt a lot from her & really grateful to have her with us!! I will definitely recommend Newlife & Nanny Shirly to people I know ??

She cooks very well and also catered to our appetite and dietary preferences. She also ensures that the kitchen and baby room are always in very clean condition. She gave good advices when it comes to looking after the baby such as feeding and bathing tips. She is extremely hard-working, often working through the night to care for our baby and prepare for the next day. She has also been very meticulous, closely monitoring our baby's input and output using her own record sheet. We are very thankful for her care throughout these 28 days and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a nanny!

Confinement meals prepared by the Chef was delicate and tasteful for mummy, Baby necessities were also thoughtfully prepared by them. Included into their package was also a Newborn shoot as well as on-site lactation visit by a professional plus weekly post natal massages. Special thanks to “Super Nanny” XiuPing and we are immensely grateful for her help 24/7 and knowledge imparted to us. Not forgetting their GM Sophia whom had went out of her duty to elaborately prepare our Baby full moon plus a Mother’s Day surprise on a few days notice. Truly an experience that was warm, memorable and it has became an integral part of our Baby’s journey.

It provided a one-stop solution for mummy to recuperate - without it, we would not have space in our house to accommodate a stay-in nanny. Second, safeguard. It made transport and accommodation arrangements to fetch us from the hospital to the centre, on a one-day notice despite our baby being born several weeks ahead of the EDD. Not every one can cater to such changes. Third, savoury. The confinement food provided was a treat for the eye and the stomach - all provided in house by a central chef. Fourth, services. From baby photoshoot to mummy massage, confinement was no longer dull but memorable. Last but not least, sincerity. Nanny took great care of both mummy and baby - always showing care and concern for us as if we were all one big family. Thank you so much!

Overall the services provided are very thoughtful, professional and value for money. Both myself and baby were taken very good care of. Our nanny 玉梅 is very experienced, patient and friendly. She not only took very good care of the baby, but also taught us in every detail so that we are able to take care of baby on ourselves later. It was a pleasure having her with us and learning from her. The confinement centre is located within Bukit Timah area and it has a very quiet and serene neighbourhood. Last but not least, the confinement meals are the best! The meals are very delicious and nutritious. Every meal is Michelin standard. I was able to recover quickly and rested very well thanks to the friendly staff, nanny and confinement meals made by the skillful chef.
