J	Jenice Tan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a difficult and unpleasant breast feeding journey during my first pregnancy. Super Low milk supply, bruised and sore nipples. When I’m pregnant with the 2nd child, I was determined to make the breastfeeding journey better this time round. I did not seek any professional help and thought I try to breastfeed and pump based on what I know and gathered from those webinar. Sadly, I am faced with Low milk supply again. So I went on to Google and Rejoice Pregnancy pop up. I did not sign up immediately after I enquired. I was quite stressed and depressed soon after and decided to just give Rejoice Pregnancy a try. By then, it was already 6 weeks postpartum. But I am so lucky to be assigned to their Senior maternal health visitor - Patricia , who is so experience and knowledgeable. She is very encouraging and provided me with lots of advise, which helped me a lot. I have better milk flow and definitely much more supply. I’m really grateful to engage Rejoice Pregnancy.

I read up on all the reviews, and took it as my chance to make changes for my BF journey. Due to reasons, Mama Pat told me why it will be harder and stressful for me to latch so I decided to focus solely on exclusive pumping, which Mama Pat totally respected my decision and made no effort to force me to do latching, which I am totally grateful. She taught me how to get hindmilk, which I was not getting at all during my initial stage of pumping. My baby was sleeping longer after every feed of hindmilk! Happy baby Happy mummy! She also taught me importance of quality over quantity so I no longer keep chasing the "numbers" on the bottle when I pump, instead I learn to look at the quality of the milk! Thank you to Mama Pat and Rejoice! You gave me confidence on how to provide the best quality milk I can give to my baby and the listening ear and assurance I needed! With this, I am grateful! You are a life saver!
C	Clara Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely lousy customer service and totally unhelpful and not understanding to a customer’s situation. - edit: According to their response below, it is true I requested for a change in location due to unforeseen circumstances. I requested for this change over a week ago with ample time provided - i am not sure what additional travel charges their consultant is incurring. I refused to pay the additional $40 fee for changing location. I understand it is clearly stated in the t&cs and this is a promo rate but the PIC could have handled this better. I texted today to check if the consultant can give me a ring when she arrives instead of sounding the doorbell as the bell is spoilt. I got a response “they will knock on the unit” - I later mentioned it is a landed, knocking on the gate will not help. And now I’m accused of taking offence? See the screenshot below. The next suggestion was they will refund me the money. I don’t know how a simple “contact me on arrival” could escalate to this.

Also, I would like thank you for responding fast to messages and arranging Pat right at the start of the programme. She is great! I am glad to have chanced upon Rejoice Pregnancy and signed up for the birth and breastfeeding preparation programme. As a second time mother, I would like to be more prepared and be able to breastfeed my child better. Sessions with my maternal health visitor (MHV) had been relaxing and educational as she shared her wealth of knowledge and experiences on what to do before and after birth so as to get the body ready for birth and establish a good supply of breastmilk for baby. As such, my breastfeeding journey has been made rather smooth sailing this time round - Able to produce colostrum and feed baby in the hospital, no clogged ducts and being able to breastfeed baby fully. I would recommend this programme to mothers who wish to experience a smooth breastfeeding journey.

Patricia is knowledgeable to guide us in order to progress well; she was able to do treatment well for my wife and reminded us on some important points. I was relieved on the journey as feel that we were in good hands as were being prepared to face our new phase; and true enough, the journey was smooth. Strongly recommended

First of all, I engaged Rejoice with the Birth Breastfeeding Preparation Program. Rejoice assigned Patricia as my Health mentor. From 30 weeks pregnancy onwards, Patricia helped and guided me on a lot things. She’s a nice, passionate, caring person. She will take care me well and keeps reminding me all important things for birth and breastfeeding preparation. The way she treated me is like a mother to a daughter. I love it!!!!! With her guidance, I was able to produce colostrum before I gave birth and able to produce enough colostrum and mature milk to my baby after delivery. I followed her guidance step by step and I don’t face postpartum stress and any engorgement as well. I really recommended Rejoice especially for first time mummy, because they would share a lot of knowledges and prepare our body to give birth. I am very satisfied and happy have them to help me, without them I don't know how to go thru everything with 0 knowledge giving birth and breastfeeding.
