★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER, AVOID AT ALL COST!! They will first scam you with telling you that the items are out of stock, and wait till the shopping platform automatically release the payment to them. When you ask for the stock readiness again, they will say ready to be collected. Once you reached their store, they will claimed that item cannot be released to you cause the item has "Completed" and ask you to resolved it with the shopping platform by yourselves. Makes you walk away empty handed. Dishonest and unethical!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATED from 1 star to 3 stars -- Newstar Electronic replaced my broken unit. (I didn't give 5 stars because I still recommend using vendors with longer warranties.)
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Bought a Xiaomi induction cooker from Newstar Electronic via qoo10 website. The item was promptly delivered but broke less than 2 weeks later. Newstar Electronic's warranty is only 7 days and they wouldn't exchange it.
While they are legally correct, there are other vendors on Shopee and Qoo10 that offer longer warranties and at the same price. So my advice is do your homework -- this place isn't the only vendor in Singapore, take an extra 5 minutes to buy from a place with a better warranty.
BTW, my induction cooker sometimes made loud noises, but it was working which is why I didn't return it right away. It completely broke (taking the power with it) 2 weeks later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrary to the bad reviews posted for this merchant, to my surprise my experience was totally opposite. Not exactly sure what happened during their experience but I would love to share mine here for the benefit of everyone.
Got my Xiaomi Jimmy car spray from them via Shopee. There was an issue when I tried to charge the battery and immediately contacted them via Shopee. I was super late when I discovered the issue and I could no longer opt for a refund as I have confirmed the delivery of the product or give a bad review as 30 days have passed since I accepted the order.
Regardless of those factors, the seller informed me to bring my product down for him to check, the check were done swiftly and the seller knows his product pretty well. I was given a replacement on the spot for the faulty charger and was definitely pleased with the service.
Thank you once again for the good service! Will definitely recommend friends to your place. Cheers!
