โ โ โ โ โ Extremely horrible service. My mother tried to go there today to inquire about the service and she was chased away by the owner. It was just plain rude and completely uncalled for. They made her wait for so long and after patiently waiting for the owner, he treated her this way! How unbecoming of an apparel shop. Please discontinue your services if you cannot treat people decently. This is about customer service, and not about racial discrimination.

โ โ โ โ โ I have been using their services for more than 5 years. Many of my bankers friends patronize this place for their shirt, suit and pant tailored.
They have a team of tailors who work on your product diligently, unlike some "tailor" who take measurement only and outsource to other places to sew.

โ โ โ โ โ Very poor after sales service. My shirt collar had a slight tear, and I was told that I couldnโt replace a new collar as that would mean that the whole piece of cloth would be wasted, even though Iโll be paying for the replacement. Didnโt have the issue with other tailors like Grandcity.
Wouldnโt recommend this place at all!

โ โ โ โ โ Been tailoring my shirt, pants and suits here since 2007.
No doubt a sunset industry, but the shop owners keep it going daily, bit by bit. They have a whole lifetime of experience in advising on fabric choices and tailoring. In fact, many tailor shops in SG outsource their orders to them .
Compare the prices they charge here and with CYC or Rossi you will know what i meant. Come here for the best value. Customer service has never been any issue for me. Shop is manned by elderly couple.
