★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During consultation hours Doctor should attend to patient. Business talk can be done after consultation hours or off peak not on Saturday. Sick patients been made to pay and wait for consultation. Do you think this is ok? It’s been close to 10 mins and the talk is still going on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 16yr old son was turned away by the clinic only because we had just returned from Thailand. Clinic assistant Shaik claimed the Dr declined to treat him and asked us to go to the A&E instead. We have always been told that we should see a GP first before heading down to the A&E. Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rush down to see doc after work because had a bad sore throat. Manage to reach at 440pm. Despite the closing timing is 5pm and there's no one in the clinic , the pharmacist said the doc wanna go off . I told them that i need to see the doc so that i can take the medication if not the sore throat cause me sleepless night. They refused and told me to come back the following day. I agreed that i came a bit near to closing time as i need to finish my piles of work b4 make a trip down for consultation. But still, is b4 closing hours, the doc is around and there's no other people, they refuse to let me in for consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Rohani and her staff were professional and well mannered. Dr Rohani is v patient and concern towards her patient. Its very rare esp when comes to private clinic. Im very impressed! Will definately come here again for sure... Thank you Dr and the 2 staffs that attended to me earlier on :') really appreciate it sooo much.... Thank you for making my visit a pleasant one..

While waiting for consultation, I saw the the team go above and beyond to help a toddler calm down as he was feeling discomfort. During my consultation, Dr Rohani was extremely patient, knwoledgeable, clear, compassionate. Thank you for the great care!
