To my dismay, they had no experience with my car and proceeded to use every tool available in their arsenal to try and pry out my airbag to no avail as i stood there for 1.5 hours.
Result? A torn steering wheel and wasted 2 hours.
The boss was sacarastic as well with his apology when i told him not to touch my car anymore.
I would think twice before visiting this shop again. They just use brute force.
