I found this place for my brand new Jag SUV 10mths ago via Google and today i felt i should use give back to Google by sharing my experience with them. Did Ultimea self heal coating 10mths ago for my brand new car, no doubt car looked shiny and i was pleased with the work. Around 6mths later, i noticed that the paint from the 2nd half of my car (from backseat side to the boot area) felt very sandy & rough to touch, unlike the front part of the car in general which felt very smooth. I found the receipt Jerga gave me previously which state i should bring the car back for a maintenance & decontamination car wash when the car is sandy to touch, and so I did. Last Sunday (car is 10mths old), i drove ~30km to bring car back to Jerga for this maintenance & decontamination wash, hoping they can remove the paint’s roughness as claimed. After the 1 hour wash, to my surprise, the paint still felt exactly the same as before (ie. smooth to touch for the front part and sandy/rough for the back part). When i asked them why, I was quickly brushed off and was told this rough/sandy feeling is NORMAL and in fact, the smoother panels were due to that part having been resprayed! Gosh, what kind of logic was that? Maybe because I am female and they think all females are dumb. Jarga is effectively implying that it is normal for paint to feel rough after doing their Ultimea coating and not normal for pain to feel smooth because the smooth panels have been resprayed and coating’s gone. How can Jarga claimed that the smooth paint was due to re-spray? Shouldn’t we expecting the paint to feel smooth after their so-called wonderful coating and decontamination wash? He went on to say I shouldn’t be fussed over such small thing and should come back to do a $150 maintenance session instead. Come on, I spent time & money to do their coating and now also the decontamination car wash and I don’t expect to be told that it is normal for the paint to feel rough and sandy by so-called a bunch of expert car detailers! Clearly, Jarga had not delivered on the car wash and instead tried to shirk responsibility by claiming that its normal for paint to feel rough after their coating & decon car wash. They also said that I should have told me upfront about the rough paint so that they can focus more on that during their car wash. Gosh, I would have thought an expert like them could easily tell a smooth paint vs a very rough paint! Clearly, they have barely touched my car while washing. My humble conclusions: (1) Jarga’s Ultimea coating is not effective after 6-10mths (2) don’t be fooled into spending time & money on their $30 “maintenance & decontamination car wash”, it is nothing but a simple 5mins wash one get from Caltex caused they never touch the car’s paint with their hand and (3) just because I am female does not mean I should be laughed at and be bullied by their illogical reasoning. Update: They did offered me to go back where they will polish off the sandy part and reapply coating for free. I dont see the need to go back to them anymore after such insult, i would rather spend more money getting other better detailers to re-do my car's paint.

I had a great experience with this car detailing shop. My car was properly coated and shine lasted until now and with minimum car wash and effort needed to shine the car.

Just had my car coated and polished and I am very pleased with their attention to detail and their staff advised on how to properly maintain the super slick shine. Almost all the water marks were removed from my 2 year car and the water repellency is pretty good. I was rather careful with my choice as I was ripped off by 2 companies for double the price and one of them closed within 6 months! This looks like a keeper!

Replies sometimes a bit slow because they really are putting in extra effort into getting the highest quality work they can do. Sometimes you see that they work late nights. Did quite a good job on my car to bring out the shine using their self healing coating. But this is just my first impression, only over time I'll see if there were any imperfections I missed. Hopefully over time the coating lasts. Kudos to the team for a job well done!

Money well spent! Decided to get the Ultimea Self Heal Coating package which comes with other perks for my 3 year old car. They managed to fix several minor scratches and got my car looking new again, both inside and out! The water beading effect is good too, as seen in pic. Awesome... Thanks!

Bad experience with the quality of the solar film. Despite using the plat99 version(which is suppose to be the best), I still get burning feeling when the sun shine on the skin while driving. The film also absorb the heat and make the car feel hot in the afternoon. In the end, have to send the car to redo the solar film by another supplier.

Came back for maintenance wash as the car polishing was also done by them. Car was done on time and sparkling clean. Required advance appointment. Recommended.

After asking tons of questions on FB messenger, I decided to bite the bullet and go ahead with their PPF installation. I have done PPF on my previous rides, and I must say the workmanship is on par with many established and more expensive workshops. However, Jerga excels in post-sales service. They handled all my requests on the PPF installation and touchup beautifully. Most people who have PPF on their cars would understand that touchup is common as the PPF takes days or even weeks to settle down. In my past experiences, many workshops would put customers requiring touchup services at very low priority, and sometimes customers might feel that they are at the mercy of such workshops. Never once did I feel that from Jerga. Despite me being OCD and picky, the guys at Jerga have always been helpful, kind, and welcoming. My overall experience in Jerga has been remarkable and I will go back to them for all my future rides. Friends who have seen my ride are pleasantly surprised by the quality of work that doesn't come with the exorbitant pricing that I used to pay. Thank you Jerga!
