★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This morning, was here for my medical appointment and With the current ease of covid 19 measures , i still noticed :
1. Carpark is still not open for parking.
2. 2 gantries staffs asking the same questions.
3. Received a reminder for appointment when i was already at the clinic and my appointment is at 8am.
Not sure it makes sense...
4. Allowance of half an hour before appointment time at the registration kiosk but the registration counters at the clinics are only open at 8am ..
But overall, the service here is very prompt and efficient and my visits to this yishun polyclinic was a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why this . Bad service counter refer to financial counsel before reaching they say no need to visit counsel ? bad attitude counter. Don't abuse their staff like who been abuse ???? With rude attitude best joke service. Other book date for appointment like wait like bloody fool then what the stupid system for appointment make fun of patients. Patients hurt in pain waiting for then to collapse. Nurse told staff counter to send patient to the taxi stand didn't care patient drag him self on wheelchair . Why this kind of attitude to patients in pain is this stress been made by this kind of bloody service . Want to make payment wait 10 minute then open no total system. Human don't want to stay and wait virus especially when it's not 1 meter distance not safe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked appointment at 10pm previous night (slots run out fast). Seamless process as everything can be done in Healthhub app for those who are tech savvy. Saw doctor at the booked time slot. Self service payment which is easy to use as well. Good upgrades over the years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had tested positive for Covid and so I went to see the doctor to take MC. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Even though the polyclinic was really busy, the doctors, nurses and staff were really nice, patient and friendly. I would definitely come back to this polyclinic! :) thank you for making my first alone trip to a polyclinic a pleasant one ! I really appreciate it. ?✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent experience. Spent a total of 4 hours here. Had consultation, x-ray, blood tests & review. All done in 4 hours. A tip is try to get your x-ray and blood test before 1pm as they will break for lunch. Other than that. Experience was okay, the doctor was fine, nothing to commend about.
Biggest problem was she was more interested in typing on the computer my issue than actually observing me as I explain to her. You can say it's procedure but she can always type after her consultation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinic is fine only the parking is not available. It has become to COVID-19 vaccination site at the basement.
The nearest parking lot is at beside HDB block which have to make a turn at another road from the building. There is no direct entrance from the back, need to go to side from HDB to the main entrance.

The way to optimize your time there is as such: (1)book your appointment online after 10pm the day before (2) book an off peak timing, either very early or v late (3) register 30min before appointment time to skip the queue (4) arrive on the dot and make sure they do not miss your number
Otherwise, It's conveniently located across the road from nee soon east cc, a bus stop or walking distance away from yishun mrt and north point. There is enough staff to make the process streamline enough for elderlies to not be confused, except at the waiting areas where the wait can be quite long and nobody actually knows if or when it will be your turn
