★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my wisdom teeth extracted here on 22/4/19. Dr Ian Pang did quick work of it, but yet, he was very gentle and I didn't feel much pain during the procedure. His assistant nurse, Tricia, was also very professional and did a good job in assisting him. The registration nurse, Irene, was also very quick and smooth in settling all the paper work and dispensing the medication. This team of people definitely changed my fear of going to the dentist, to a positive experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the dental clinic at Yishun & was attended by Dr Ian for my routine dental checks. He was professional & provided me good advice on managing proper oral care. Overall, the visit was good & comfortable. I knew I was well taken care of by Dr Ian during my entire visit. The nurses who were at the clinic are also efficient & detailed as they cater to various patients' needs. Kudos to the team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was feeling mild sensation on my lower right molar tooth for a week and decided to visit Q&M Yishun central outlet on 7-feb-2021, 10am. Was greeted by friendly staff and assistant. However, the dentist in charge (Dr Maung Than Zaw Oo) assessed my situation and informed me that I have a crack line on my molar tooth and should opt for root canal treatment and/or crowning. Prior to this, I told him that I prefer to clean up the tooth and repair the filling, if necessary, so that my sensation/pain can be reduced in the meantime (immediate relief) while I consider various long-term options. But my suggestion was turned down and was ushered out after 3 minutes consultation and charged with $44.90 fee. Thanks for destroying my trust in Q&M

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my implant done here by Dr Lee Kwang Yuen who was very professional. Results turn out great and looks natural, albeit long and painful process. He was assisted by Nurse Charlene who was very gentle and meticulous. Great service by receptionist, Irene as well - patient in answering my questions and every appointment will be sure to be greeted cheerfully by her :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my first Scaling and polishing at Q&m yishun. Was very impressed with Dr Tan Jin Hui's friendliness and gentleness when it comes to cleaning of my teeth, she did a very good job! She was also very meticulous during the procedure and told me what is the next step she's about to do, that made me feel at ease. She even managed to help me out with my poorly managed aligners and offered to clean them for me. Her nurse and receptionist are also very friendly and helpful. My teeth feels great and freshly cleaned ?? will come back again for future cleaning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I was afraid that the procedures would be expensive, I decided to do a consultation first and requested a quotation from the clinic. Initially I thought I had to do implants. However, after checking my teeth, Dr. Ian Pang's advise was to do crowning, with implants being a last resort. He gave me a quotation of how much each and every item would cost [in a printed out hard copy], and after reviewing the fees, I decided to follow his suggestion. From my first hand experience as a dental patient, I would rate Dr. Ian Pang as being experienced, thorough, explains the procedures and costs well. He is also good looking so you can gaze into his eyes while he does your teeth since you have nowhere else to look.
