I ordered the Food King Card on 10 Jan 2020, of which they promoted on the YouTube programme After I had made the payment via bank transfer, the admin staff told me I was too late and that they had already shipped out their products. I paid S$22 for the product and S$5 for shipping. Yet they claimed that I was too late to meet the shipment deadline. The biggest joke is I am located in Singapore. They wrote to me to ask if I wanted to collect from their office or they could give me a refund. I replied and requested for a bank transfer refund. They replied "noted'. I have since written to them numerous times.. till to day 4 of February 2020 there is NO REFUND and NO RESPONSE to my emails. Horrible; so Disgusting; and Atrocious business attitude. No one in whole team even bothers to replied and act on the issue.
