Walked into this shop after reading the reviews online. I thought I had the wrong shop.. There were only about 10 models of scooters to look at. The girl who came out to 'serve' me was very unenthusiastic. I have a feeling that the reviews I have seen online were paid reviews as from my experience last night, I did not see anything close to fantastic service, staff or models on display. Do not waste your time going to this shop.

Test ride their scooter, I must say its high in quality. It is very comfortable and bought it. Will recommend to friends as the scooter are using good components and the have a repair center for their scooter. Their technician is skilful and their staff is friendly.

Excellent service and a decent amount of escooters for sale. Helpful and knowledgable mechanic. Unfortunately they seem to have increased the price for replacement of parts. Inner tube replacement now costs $50. BTW, they accept NETS payment too. It's a pity it's not as well known as some other shops. Would still recommend to my friends though.

They provide good service and good products. Their staff is knowledgable and they have a service centre with a well-verse technician. They taught me a lot of things and the know-how about scooter. They emphasise the use on scooters and the rules and regulation of it. 5 stars for their service and product. I will come back next week to bring my friends to purchase another scooter

Bought a house brand escooter and a reasonable price. Excellent customer service, best of all the shops I've visited around Singapore. Carries a wide range of escooters, so finally found one that suits my needs. Has their own well-equipped warehouse, so I'm confident in their repair services.

Worst service ever! And it’s from the boss himself. Bought a robstep scooter 2 months back (warranty only covered for 3 months) because the salesman assured me this was a good scooter. I even recommended my Friend to buy another scooter from them because their service seems good. Encountered problems with the controller, battery and mechanical brakes. Brought it back for service as it’s still under warranty. At first, the technician wanted to charge me for the mechanical issues claiming it’s due to wear and tear. He also insisted that the controller and battery is okay and refused to check for me. Next, the salesperson wanted me to trade in back for $400 (bought the scooter at $1320) and pay $1499 for another scooter. Finally, the boss showed up and he showed a very bad attitude, kept insisting that the problems are not under warranty as it is due to wear and tear. (Take note that I’ve only bought it for 2 months). He also claimed that they are professionals and he can only diagnose the problem and charge me after that. Next, he stated that I am dishonest about the use, resulting in the mechanical issues. He suddenly lost his temper while I was explaining the problems to him and chased me out of the shop. He not only refuses to repair the internal problem ( controller, battery etc) he shouted at me and tell me he will not service the scooter even if it is under warranty. I cannot believe such a renowned Singapore scooter shop can provide such terrible service. Not only did he not try to understand the problem, he also claimed that his scooters will never show such issues. What Shop doesn’t fulfil the warranty they promised? *BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK*

Quick and very good quality service - went there to replace punctured tube. Price might seem steep at first if comparing with bicycle tyre, but it's no bicycle: I first tried to replace myself - very difficult, it's almost like a car tyre and needs specialised equipment. Thank you!

Good price and good quality product. Reliable products and good customer service. Their staff is knowledgable and they have aftersales service. They have a service workshop for their scooter. Recommended?.
