I trust the doctor because I am indebted to him, but I would like the staff to stop coming and opening the curtain and talking to the nurse inside during the pelvic examination. It's nice to be seen by the doctors and nurses inside the curtain, but I was angry at why the staff who had nothing to do with the examination had to see the most private examination. It is confusing and unpleasant for me to be examined on the spot when I get excited and talk loudly about something that has nothing to do with my examination while looking through the gap in the curtain. This is the second time I've encountered this in Singapore, so is it common in obstetrics and gynecology? In any case, I want you to consider the psychology of the patient.

โ โ โ โ โ I am Singaporean and my husband is Japanese. I have Japanese insurance and had been to the clinic before. But today when I visited the clinic, the receptionist immediately told me I can not visit doctors there as soon as I started taking in English. I was shocked. Wihtihout chekcing my eligibility and just because most patients there are Japanese. I was immediately not allowed to visit docotors, despite I told the receptionist that I can talk some Japanese.
Very unpleasant visit.
