Dr Yeo doesn't even bother to explain much, as new parents its really frustrating to encounter such lousy pedi. when my husband asked her question, she replied " up to you lor " i already have bad impression of her when i first met her, she makes feel like she has urgent appt after and she needs to rush out the door.

Dr. Yep Kim Lian is professional, takes the time to meet and explain medical information to parents in terms I understood. I felt as though my newborn was in great hands as she is an expert in her field. Thank you again and again ?

My experience with Dr. Yeo has been average, nothing bad so far. She was the assigned paediatrician for my newborn baby when I gave birth at Gleneagles & we’ve been following up with her ever since (end of 2019). She is quite straight-forward with minimal small talks so appointments usually take 10 mins at most and no more than 15 mins even for vaccinations. At times, we as parents had to be the one proactively asking questions about baby’s growth, recommendations, etc. She will then answer promptly. If you’d prefer a more verbal doctor who explains everything at length, then Dr. Yeo is not for you. Overall, not bad. Front desk can be a bit confusing sometimes but the lady’s usually friendly. FYI they’re not a panel clinic of AIA.

Dr Yeo rushed through our baby’s apptment with her. She doesn’t look like she enjoys her job and that’s painful for parents paying to see her because she just seem uninterested about your worried concerns about your baby. As first time parents, I asked of her to help me see if my baby’s poop colour is normal. She responded with a look of displeasure, and handled my 1 week old baby very roughly during said check. She is generally quite sulky so, the experience w her is just under average. From the daily checks during my stay post birth, she had already seemed like she’s rushing through everything. It’s strange because her clinic is within Gleneagles itself, and there weren’t many births during our stay over the weekend. What’s the rush ah? Her clinic staff at the front counter is equally lack of empathy and energy. Overall, it was a poor experience at this clinic. We did not choose to visit her, we were automatically assigned to her since our baby’s birth. I certainly did not expect a doctor like her matched to my gynae since my gynae is someone of the opposite end of what we experience with Dr Yeo. We did not return and will not return to this clinic.
