Not recommended is a total disaster for my home painting service that is scheduled for March 2021, I still cannot get over it, very rush job, they told me is a 3 days job but cut it short to 2 days, without explaining, the salesperson DID NOT show up at all for the 2 days, leaving me dealing with the painters which they are from Myanmar, hardly can understand their language. Recently I called them and wanted to arrange for the free touch up (within 12month) but there is no response from the salesperson at all after waited for 2 weeks then someone call back and requested me to take pictures to show her what is my paint problem, in the contract we are entitled to a free touch up within 12 months and with conditions I still keep the paint, which I did in this case, why still asking the customer to snap photos? I recently get my other unit whole house painting and engage a service from the carousel, it was 100 times better, no issue at all and the cost is way cheaper too. Those that wanted to do painting do reconsider if you wanted to engage Nippon, you only pay more for the big Name but Nippon cannot deliver!!! Whether or you are a Trusted Brand, Trusted Service is for "us" customers to decide, don't anyhow claim that yourself. Your sales team and the workers, they are sucks!!

Thanks To Nippon Paint Singapore. They just finished painting my 5 room flat using 4 days. They are very professional indeed. There are 2 Indian workers and a project manager. They all give good service, polite and are experienced in painting my home. I highly recommend their service to anyone who was a professional painting service.

Was originally thinking of using Gush (local brand) but was surprised at how expensive they were and the colour palette available. Initially called nippon for a second opinion but was extremely impressed by professionalism and knowledge of mould issues displayed (Ms Vickki). When her team came down (professionals from Myanmar), they were careful, skilled, and highly professional (really appreciated this). They even performed some minor extra services FOC. Was so impressed with the job and work attitude. I researched quite a bit beforehand and can say safely that if you are thinking of using a painting service, don’t bother looking further than nippon. It is hard to beat their colours, service, and price. It would be so easy for them to take their business for granted (as they are so established) but was really impressed that they did not. Thank you.

It’s terrible as some has already mentioned in their review. Engaged them last yr for painting service. The workers came and worked without supervision. My hubby has to do the supervision instead! They didn’t even wear masks while painting, treated my place like their home. Now trying to get them to touch up on a little water seepage issue.. it took them so many days just to let me know that it’s chargeable and not under warranty! I’m giving 2 stars for the paint which is good quality paint. But service and after painting service- TERRIBLE!

Beautiful paint job on my flat recently. Meticulous attention to detail under the keen eye and supervision of Stephanie Lin whose been on the project from beginning of inspection right till the end. Congrats to her team for doing a wonderful job moving, covering and protecting all the items in the house. I only called on Nippon for the job not just because of their excellent paints but also I'm very particular about preparing the house for painting and protecting every single inch from paint splatter and blotch and Nippon delivers on that. Also Stephanie and team is uncompromising on the look of the painted walls and will insist on layering another coat of paint if the colour is still uneven and not satisfactory. A very worthwhile and satisfying experience overall. Good job!
