An immaculate dining space offering quality Japanese food ???? Food: 4/5 the best dish was the braised wagyu! The beef was sous vide for hours making the meat super tender and flavourful. Salmon tacos was interesting too! The rest were just okay for me ?? Ambience: 5/5 the decor really makes it feel as if you’re in Japan ?? Service: 5/5 very attentive, staff kept refilling our tea ?

NoKa has some of the freshest ingredients on the island, which won’t disappointment any sushi/sashimi lovers. Super friendly staff and store manager is very knowledgeable about the food and spent time explaining to customers. Definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a little treat in town!

Celebrated my 2nd daughter's birthday there tonight. The food and the service were really incredibly good. Must thank Paul for looking after us so well. I was delighted by the sushi, sashimi, the belly pork, the wagyu and the very special clear soup that came with a unique gel-like vegetable flown in from Japan. A memorable meal.

Came here for Mother’s Day dinner for the first time. It was full house yet service was attentive. Only compliment is that sashimi was very fresh, recommend to come and try.

Pleasantly surprised by food. Noka SG’s presentation is ?? Had a few items and all of them exceeded our expectations. Price-wise, pretty high. But, generally really good. Must order: Tamago // $2 - Salmon is FRESH. Wagyu starter was AMAZING. Beef & pork was ???? really good. Sushi ratio was amazing too. A5 Wagyu Steak Tartare | Japanese Milk Bread $32 The wagyu steak tartare ?? omg has a fermented soy? (which was pretty good for me), tastes like a fusion of Korean-Japanese like kimchi, from the chilli dressing! ?Creamy & cold, it tops off a crispy Japanese milk bread (homemade), perfect for 4! ??? Kagoshima Pork Belly, Dashi Noodles & Fermented Cucumber $44 Upon first sight, wow. A HUGE thick slab of pork belly, that is fatty & meaty at the same time.? Soft & tender to cut, little hard to chew. If there is anything I would change about this dish, it would be to ⬇️ the toughness of the meat. — Tastes like Chinese food, but definitely unique! Braised Wagyu Short Rib, Miso Turnip, Mizuna & Hokkaido Sweet Potato $50 The most amazing cut of beef I’ve ever had. ? Chef explained to us, there was going to be a wasabi coated excitement on the miso turnip, but was a little turned down. ?Nevertheless, the meat was ????? Flavour-wise, it was amazing! I loved it! Worth it! ? ? Tamago $5 - Omg so much egg. 95% egg 5% rice. I mean, you don’t get this anywhere else. ? Custardy, sweet & cold, it was really good though I was expecting more rice. ? It was still good. ? Sake $8 - “damn fresh,” “damn nice.” - someone who rarely comments on food?? ? Kinsame? - forgot the name? VERY nice, melts in your mouth. Soft Shell Crab Maki $20 Fresh ? Crispy, and loved the avocado bit!! If you love SSC maki, this is for you. ?? - A little saltier! But ⬇️ rice, ⬆️ crab? Tuna Taku $24 Tuna is chewy. Good stuff tho. Salmon Aburi $20 Salmon. OKAY, again with the salmon. ??? This was so good, I had 2 or 3 myself. ? It disintegrates, mushes with each other. ? And is the perfect duration of chew! — Burnt mentaiko, sweet rice, wasabi & soy sauce! ? Need SOME in my mouth right now ?? We had this for a table of 4 and 2 rice bowls. A little too much! We’d highly recommend getting 1 item less.

Noka has impeccable service! The staff will describe what you’ll be eating and what are the methods to eat it. Staff also was very friendly. Also, food was amazing! my photos don’t do justice but all that i ordered tasted so good and fresh. I will come back here again.

Great food! It’s been awhile since I had good food like these. Love the unique ingredients that they incorporate into the dishes to enhance the experience. Customer service here is superb too, the boss and service staff taking the extra effort to explain the origin of their ingredients. Love it!!

This is an establishment of quality. To say nothing of the mains, I found even the condiments like the ginger and wasabi to be a notch above other Japanese restaurants. Every single waiter who served us was polite and had extensive knowledge of the food they were serving. Ambience, price, food sourcing... if I could give one restaurant a 6/5 stars this one would be it
