I visit here to see Noa’s mattress and sofa, the staff is really friendly and helpful! She proactively introduces the materials, models and feedbacks from clients, even about delivery. Great experience.

Very nicely decorated place with some good design items. Do support.

Interesting collection of small stores spread over two floors in Plaza Singapura including food and retail options.

How in the world does this shop has 2 stories with 0 customers? Have never see any customer purchased a good there. How does this company even survive and pay rent? Sounds like money laundering.

1 star because the lady at the ground floor gave us WRONG AND TERRIBLE DIRECTIONS, because we couldn't enter from the entrance next to the MRT. so unprofessional and irresponsible. told us to go to "Five Guys" - mind you 5 guys is at the opposite side of the mall - and we will "definitely see people walking in". Insisted that it was Five Guys and "all the way at the end of the mall" multiple times because we were shocked and doubtful. went there, and nothing, just Five Guys and no entrance or sign to NomadX. went back to find her, she THEN clarified it was on the 3rd floor, and to go up again "to the end of the mall". she should have given better instructions. gave terrible service and basically didn't accept or apologise that she gave us wrong instructions. better instructions would be "enter through the main entrance up ahead, go up the escalator nearest to the entrance next to starbucks and turn right past denki, it is right above the ground floor shop" instead of "at the end of the mall" which insinuates it is the OPPOSITE side. HOWEVER, at the 3rd floor we met this very nice and lovely sales girl (I believe her name is something like Riley or Rayley, sorry I forgot her name). she is very patient and kind and let us try out the products. 5 stars for her. she made our experience turn around.

Good selection of new-to-market brands /local - like Style Theory and Oo La La; but rather limited selection in the products. Hope to see more interesting brands or overseas products pop up in this space.
