Nice and affordable clothes. Convenient place to get my fire fits for that drip. People used to ignore me but after wearing clothes I bought here they keep asking me where I got them. It's INSANE!!!!

During the Naruto X Carnival collaboration event today, I found out that the staffs kept the exclusive shirts for themselves and gave priorities to their own friends and family to preorder the exclusive shirts. (that particular shirt is not available to preorder for normal customers) Imagine coming early to queue and being the first person to purchase the shirt, only for them to tell you its out of stock and only left with one size S that is extremely small. In my honest opinion, I think it's very unprofessional and unethical of the staffs to do that. I know it’s a nice shirt but I don’t think it’s fair for the rest of the customers who came early to queue. If you're going to keep all the exclusive shirts for yourself, your friends and your family, why even promote on social media the pictures and tell people to come down on a saturday morning to queue. You guys already knew the shirts are out of stock from the very start. I expressed my disappointment to NomadX about this through instagram direct message but apparently they just left me on read. (says a lot about their customer service) Please do better than this.
