It’s a small and cozy place and the noodles are done right there by the owner and cooker. He entertains his customers sometimes by stretching and juggling the freshly prepared noodle dough. The food is great and there are a lot of Vegan options. Noodles with vegetables and tofu...vegetable dumplings and spring rolls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place for unsuspecting tourists to get scammed. This restaurant places dish on your table that you didn’t order and complains if you drink water in their restaurant. The only restaurant in Singapore during my whole trip that makes a “BIG” deal about drinking water in Singapore. They will add charges on your bill (items you didn’t order) if you don’t pay attention. If you do give them a chance, don’t completely relax. Pay attention or you will get scammed.
Small portions and the food doesn’t taste fresh. It taste like they serve you left overs from the day before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hidden gem in Chinatown that has been around for years. The walls are covered with News paper articles and photos with customers over the years. Catch the Chef making his hand pulled noodles at his station when you order a noodle dish. Noodles are really good, XLB and desserts are also yummy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noodle Man lives up to its moniker with its signature Hokkien Mee. Springy, chewy noodles blanketed with the perfect amount of stir fry sauce and a generous serving of super fresh prawns (they're were huge!).
The sides were no slouch either. The deep fried pork chops slathered with house-made pumpkin sauce were a symphony of sweet-umami flavours , the xiao long bao with the perfect ratio of soup-to-meat-to-dumpling skin and of course , the deep fried egg tofu , a crispy outside, silky inside nugget of deliciousness that'll leave you hankering for more.
A great little spot in Chinatown that's not to be missed if you're in the area. I'll definitely be back !
