Two coffeeshops at the extreme ends... the one facing the main road has pretty food zichar

Usual messy industrial building. No proper signage and 3 persons I asked had no idea where the lift lobby was. Only good thing is free parking:-)

Really a messy place with no proper signage. Get lost until must ask a staff there to find the lift lobby of the building, which is very far from the main entrance of the building and is at an obscure position. Full of oil and mud on the floors of the carpark and is designed such that it is very dangerous, constantly walking near moving vehicles in the building. Design is poor and substandard.

very dirty place and run down, especially the lane 4 where there are 3 scrap yards. Wonder how scrap yard can be house in this typenof B2 high rise building. How would the land authority had approved such trade. A private building where authority has no say buy SCDF keep knocking on the doors issuing fine for fire safety violation.

If you’re visiting GSC Automotive in Northlink Building, please beware. Went to get my aircon check for mouldy smell, and asking price is $40. I agreed to let them check and after wayang abit tell me aircon compressor might have issue and proceed to blast it with the lowest temp (which I don’t usually do it). They tried to convince me to change aircon compressor when I’ve to constantly remind them my main issue is mouldy smell. After “treatment” which amounts to $158, my aircon on my usual temp is blowing hot air. Not sure what they did to my AC during the diagnosis. Can’t be bother by going back to them as they will definitely be pushing back to me by saying “see I told you your AC compressor got problem.” Their website stated air con specialist but I seriously doubt it. What’s worst is they paste sticker on my windscreen & car keys without my permission to promote their business?? I’ve to even close my own bonnet after the “treatment”. Definitely would not recommend this workshop to people. Ps: if you notice they do not have reviews on Google Business / Facebook accounts. Only super good reviews on their website which does not allow people to post. PLEASE THNK THRICE before considering them.. you’ve been warned!
