A very big gymnastics room inside a mall, a little bit hard to find if you're a first timer trying to find it but it's worth it when you get there

Unfortunately we had a bad experience with Northstar. No interest in the child itself. Only interest in money. Cannot judge their gymnastic teaching performance. Never again!

This is one of the most enjoyable gymnastics classes for my kids. Both my son and daughter enjoy and looks forward to every single class! The coaches do stretch the kids to their full potential but in an engaging manner without ever raising their voices on these kids. There is a lot of hard work in the gym but at the same time so much laughter! Keep it up NorthStar!

They‘ve hidden this review in their facebook page, but let me write here again. The main coach, coach john is excellent, the location is great, the gym itself is bright and beautiful. Most of the instructors are good at what they do, but we rarely see them. But there is one member of the senior staff who has been very rude to me as a parent, no respect and is lacking basic niceness and politeness. They are very strict with make up classes, I almost disdain having to go there every week. Another “coach” who I dont know if she even has a qualification, always constantly shouts at the kids. The last straw was when on her last class, my daugther was crying her eyes out when this coach splattered hand sanitizer on an open wound. And worst, she told me what happened but never said any apology whatsoever. No remorse, no nothing for a crying child. And up to now has never done so, even if i reviewed them on facebook, they just chose to hide the fact that their management need to be more considerate and some of their staff need to be more child friendly specially if you cater to children! Almost every time Im there, a parent would be complaining about something to the reception. There was one time I overheard another mom Complaining why her daugther was being trained for more than a year for classes for the 4 yrs old bracket, when the child is six. They clearly dont care about the child or could not even track who should belong to which class. I agree with one of the reviews below, its all about the money.

My girls have been learning gymnastics at Northstar for nearly two years. They love going for classes! Coach Cathy and Jaz are great – very professional, patient and caring. They make the girls work hard while having fun. During the Circuit Breaker, I also signed them up for their online classes which kept them active! The admin staff are friendly and helpful. They communicate mainly through WhatsApp. When I asked about their progression they will check with the Coaches and update me accordingly or arrange for me to speak to them directly. With the COVID-19 situation, I appreciate the gym’s efforts in ensuring the safety of the students, my girls included. The gym itself is bright and super-clean. Keep it up NS team!

Terrible experience w the admin—0 star for customer service and coordination. Tried the class at 4pm, msg’d us at 6:51 to pay for class before 2pm the next day. We asked some safety questions at 6:53pm as parents weren’t allowed in the trial class. Didn’t reply to us until 2:39pm the next day & then notified us that the spot is no longer available, bc we passed the 2pm “deadline” Why didn’t you answer our safety related questions in time then? Their answer was they don’t work before 2:30pm— why did you give a deadline before you start working?! Plus, we asked the question before your closing time of 7:30pm. Honestly, worst experience so far for kids’ classes.

Nice place with great coaches. My boys are always on the countdown to their next session. They're so much more confident now. From observations during classes, the coaches are friendly and pushes the kids to do more with encouragements. They know when to be firm and have a way with the kids. Thank you Coaches, Lukus was showing off saying he is "in the big boy group now" and "I can do the same thing". The admin staffs are helpful when we needed updates on the kids progress and packages. Make-ups are easy to arrange; let them know in advance and they got back when there's a slot avail. If you are going on long holiday, let them know and they will make recommendation accordingly (thank you!) Overall, will recommend if you're looking for a fun and progressive gym. Looking forward to the day Leonard can join his twin in the big boy's group. PS: we'll help Leonard gain more strength work on his skills so that he is catch-up and join his korkor!
