★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought all our lights from Northstar. Their service is great, staff are well experienced and provided good aftersales support. They don't display all their products in the showroom but the selections available are well curated. They would even show you pictures of the lights which were bought and installed by their previous customers; very helpful. Prior to Northstar we visited more than 4 other popular light shops, and found that the prices at Northstar are the cheapest across the board. You generally need to make an appointment to schedule a visit, it's slightly inconvenient but they would have a sales staff attached to you all the way, which again was very helpful.

Decided to buy from them after comparing to many other vendors both local and overseas even though they are more expensive but theirs seem to have better build and quality control (e.g. bigger smoky glass and thicker sturdier metal rod). And here I thought they are all the same lol.
Anyway, I'm very happy with the purchase, and would recommend!

Friendly staff and amazing service from the team, was served by Zhaoqing for every visit and he is friendly, knowledgeable and patient ?? Appreciate the discounts given too! Communication and appointment booking via WhatsApp is always a fuss-free one, am looking forward to getting more lights from Northstar in the long run ☺️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small lighting shop with pendant, wall, built in n outside lights - prices are economical in this no frills shop. Sales staff are helpful n quite informative. Although there are displays but some items have to be asked for to view. They are accommodative n quite friendly especially Ah Hua (boss).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Northstar lighting is Excellent! Nick, the owner of the shop is a very helpful & honest man. He answered all our queries, give good advices & even went the extra mile to help us to solve some issues. His staff are all very helpful as i went down a few times to get other different items.
If you are looking for lights for new house or looking to replace lights, pls give them a try.
Totally reliable & absolutely no regrets buying from Northstar.
