★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The portions are generous! Enough for 2 persons to share. I also like that the food is not salty nor oily. There is always leftovers which I keep for breakfast the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like how NouRiche is able to provide a decent variety of dishes during my confinement. The ingredients used were not stingy as well, with most meals consisting of (at least) 2 different meat. Could be the meat dish itself, or could be the meat included in the vegetable dish or soup. I’d say I have no regrets choosing NouRiche and will definitely be choosing NouRiche again for my next confinement!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pleasant journey from liaising with NouRiche pa who's in charge of client's food. Food portion is huge and it can be shared amongst two small to regular appetite-sized adults. Food is tasty too! They added a lot red dates, herbs and ginger which I liked it. Worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portion of food is very generous and food is really tasty. Every dish has ginger in it for confinement purposes which does help expel wind for pp mummies. Recommened to try it out. It is also one of the most affordable meal plans compared to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very yummy confinement meals recommended by my friend to me. I didn't have much appetite after my discharge following labour as I was feeling quite bloated but a day into having their confinement food instantly felt recharged. Food is nourishing and taste really good. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portions are huge. I did 2 meals a day, and 1 add on non confinement portion for dinner, and it altogether can feed 4 adults and 2 kids (we are small to medium eaters).
Food tastes great, not too salty nor oily, desserts not too sweet. I love that their rice options are wholegrain and flavoured and not just white rice. The meats and fish are all tender and cooked just right.
They can also customize as you need. Will be updating this review at the end of the 28 days if the menu gets too monotonous for me, but I reckon it’ll continue to be great :)
