★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving a four star at moment as I will be doing a two part review on my experience at Nova AMK outlet to pick an electric recliner armchair.
A lot of furnitures on display, sales person responsive and attentive. Was served by Raymond. He seemed to know his product quite well. Zeroed and narrowed down to my requirements quite fast.
Accommodated my request for firmer seat, back rest and head rest and a faster delivery date as in need of the armchair soonest. Am now looking forward to receiving the armchair hopefully on 13 May. A date he says he is trying for. Hopefully he can really assist with that. Will update my review on quality when I get the armchair. Hope to be able to edit n give a full five star review when Iget my armchair. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To all! Please do not go to NOVA to spend your money with them! Please read through their reviews before putting a single cents with them. By far the worst ever company and people I have ever seen. They can promise or even give you $1000 discount. We have been FORCED to pay $100 even if we have decide or not decide for them to open bill! They will forced us to write review in Google which is so ridiculous!! Alex have been nothing but just forced people to open bill and write review which even one of his colleagues mention to us that “this Alex like to talk cock” like really??! what does that shows?! What more to refund they will delay and delay this matter. Please I think this company should just close down for good.
