We bought this storage bed from Nova Furnishing at Tai Seng. The sales gentleman is Thomas, a very responsible man who helps to ensure that the problem we encountered was very handled. Their after sales service centre Ms Luna is also very professional. Nova Furnishing is indeed a very professional company who delivers what they promised. We are indeed very statisfed.

Overall I had a great experience at Nova Furniture at Tai Seng. Mr Louis, a salesman manager for Nova furniture at Tai Seng, greeted me as I browsed the showroom. Patiently, he showed me around the furniture store as I was looking for dining and sofa and coffee table sets. He knew their products and offered several options. Completely professional in every aspect. The furnitures were delivered and handled with proper care. Highly recommended! Look for Mr Louis to assist and guide you!

The showroom staff Gibson was very friendly, patience and helpful. He personally came down to my place to take measurement of my bed, sofa and furnitures. He assured me that things will be good and my house will look nice and good. He share ideas that i could not even think off and he gave the ideas that suit my taste. Visitors that came to my house were impressed by the products that we bought. Thank You Gibson. I will definitely come back to Nova Premium if i intend to change my furniture in the future. I chanced passing by Nova Premium while on the way to another furniture shop at Tai Seng, and ended up purchasing 4 sets of 5ft wardrobes; 2 single storage beds and a sofa set. I was served by Louis who gave good recommendations and advices. I'm happy with my wardrobes and bed quality, though I've yet to open up my sofa set as we are still unpacking our stuff. A shout out to the installation guys who were very efficient, patient and professional when they came to deliver and install my wardrobes and beds.

Please think carefully before you made the purchase! The service is very bad. I have ordered a sofa in September 2021 and requested for delivery in early November 2021. Delivery delayed to 23 November 2021 due to sea shipment delayed which I understand. However the sofa comes with defects upon delivery on 23 November 2021, pillow color was wrong and the sofa legs are unbalanced. I refused to pay the balance 50% due to the defects till they solved it. Initially they said they will order a new sofa base and replace for me. Then in mid of December 2021 the salesperson whatsapp me and said discount me $50 and ask me to take the defected sofa and cannot hold back the balance payment. (Excuse me, do you really think discount $50 for the $1300+ defect sofa make sense??) If not, will need to wait till after CNY. I questioned why because before we buy they said the delivery would take 4-6weeks due to covid-19 pandemic (usual is around 3 weeks). I refused to accept it, then they sent their staff to come and check (after two weeks from the delivery date) and do the same steps and video as per delivery guy. Then said can’t solved, and will order me a new set and deliver before CNY together with the replacement of pillow. I have been waiting for them to send me a replacement since mid December 2021. Yesterday they called me and said Nova delivery today. I was so happy that finally it’s solved and also ready the balance payment. Who knows the delivery guy comes with a small box of 3 pillows (it is 6weeks from the date of delivery on 23 November 2021, and I report the defect and wrong pillow color at the same time)!! I called the salesperson then he said today they closed so only can check tomorrow. I searched online and today they open from 1030am to 830pm. The above is my bad experience with Nova and still waiting for the unbalanced sofa legs to be solved. (Since end November 2021 till now)… Thanks for patient to read it.

Louis, one of the showroom staff exhibited professionalism and superb service! He walked us through the types of mattresses available and was very detailed in his explanation. We ordered 3 queen sized bed frames + mattresses and the quality was excellent! Zero regrets! Delivery + installation was also seamless! Staff was super friendly and efficient as well! Super satisfied with the overall experience at Nova Premium! Highly recommended to anyone who wants to get a new bed + mattress or any other household furniture! Thank you once again, Louis! Cheers!

Ashton was quick and helpful in replying to my queries on messenger. Went to Tai Seng outlet with the intention of just viewing first. Within minutes I purchased a beautiful sofa with the help of Xavier. Thank you for your help. Cant wait to have it delivered.
