Novo House Cleaning Service - Serangoon Rd

Sent an email on an enquiry. But did not get any reply.

I engaged novo cleaning while i was moving offices, Aica and team did a great job cleaning up my office, and my landlord was happy with the results. Thanks once again!!

CROOK business. Take your money but does not clean and break your things. When you ask for invoice or complain about the service (more precisely the lack of it) they insult you and then block your number. if zero star were an option that would be the most appropriate rating.

Bad experience. The cleaner we got was slow and cleaning was completely unacceptable - even surfaces were uncleaned. Contacted (called, Whatsapped) the company after to feedback but received no reply. Don’t waste your time.

Very ver very bad service. Keep changing day of cleaning and keep changing cleaner. No show sometimes. If they change cleaner the favourite excuse is cleaner go back to Phillipines. So...the cleaners are always returning to Phillipines. Then how to have a cleaning service?

Disappointing service. Agreed time was 1pm. At first, cleaner kept asking if can come at 12.30pm; then later text to say coming at 1pm; then later text to say will be late and (after I probed what time) said coming by 1.30pm. At 1.40pm, couldn’t reach her on the phone, and the cleaning co also couldn’t reach her; past 2pm, she was still not here. I cancelled the job totally. The cleaning Co offer to arrange another day, but I don’t trust them anymore. We waited so long for today to do springcleaning for my mom but they wasted everyone’s time.

Please note that Novo House is just an agency who will get freelance cleaners to do the job and they get a share in the service fee. In other words, they do not have their trained professional cleaners and service quality can varies widely. We requested for a one time pre move-in cleaning service for a HDB flat and paid couple of hundreds for 2 cleaners, 5 hours each. The cleaning service provided was the worst that you could ever imagine. In the morning, when I did the quick run through with the cleaners (a middle age couple), I was assured that 5 hours/cleaner is good enough to do the job. I arrived after 4.5 hours into the cleaning, the floor was not mopped, windows not cleaned, furniture and lightings not wiped. I was shocked and then the cleaner started complaining to me, including but not limited to the flat is very dusty (why did he think we are paying few hundreds dollars for), my windows have many small squares rather than one big piece (come on!), I should have stayed throughout to see how hard they have worked etc. I made it clear that I will not pay for any extra hour because I see no reason why the cleaning was carried out so unproductively. So, for the next 1.5 hours, cleaning was done very sloppily. By the time it reached 6 hours, the cleaners said they need to go regardless whether the cleaning is completed or not. Then they left, with some of the floor not mopped at all, window uncleaned and furniture and lightings still dusty. Even for area that were mopped, it still feel dusty and not cleaned properly. I provided feedback to Aica (the coordinator from Novo House) but nothing has been done and all went silent. An extremely dissatisfied and frustrated customer here who felt cheated too. Think twice if you want to engage their service.
