Cheating people and cheating company worst workers, service....

I will give one Star only....

No.1 worst company in Singapore air con sector...they would copy from other air con company method and price...one of the worst servicing people....cheating money also......

Totally disgusted with their hidden costs. Facebook post very attractive with lots of freebies. Suddenly there's lots of extra charges when they come over. Cannot do Overhaul la, must refill gas la and bla bla. No honest business. Total scam In addition, they can't comprehend English too. Think before you hire. Don't fall into the trap due to lots of freebies.

The technicians arrived my house about 3:30pm, because I was at work that time, so my wife keep them to clean. From the beginning, they checked my Air-Con compressor and suggested to clean (charge extra cost $80) but my wife refused to recommend it. So they started to clean the air-com in my master room. They did not do chemical overhaul service (i select 1xchemical overhaul +2x normal services package)and just do chemical washing because they regard my Air-con condition worse and unable to remove the coil.but i just finish chemical overhaul in last six month ago with anything are OK .After finishing it,they normal service other 2. Finishing all the work at around 4:00pm,the whole process takes about 30 minutes only. Before leaving, they asked my wife use the mobile phone online to open their webpage and "help" my wife to click "like" they service! One of technician did not wear the mask in whole process.During this periods of the COVID-19, should they consciously take precautions and wear mask? I think they change the content of the service at will, even at the same price! This is the worst service I have ever encountered,I strongly do not recommend their servicing.

Their scheduled time is 9.30 am. They came at 12.55 pm! I wanted chemical overhaul. They did it in 10 min n said they had done a good job. At first asked me to change the whole fan coil unit and that was a huge $250 extra. Then they said something was wrong with my wiring. In the end I just told them to do chemical overhaul. I don't believe they had done a good job. Don't trust their Facebook advertising!
