★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A personnel called saying no letter given to access the restricted area whereas letter was emailed to the project manager a week earlier. Not sure if this is their usual excuse to defer the already confirmed appointments.
Since this is the 3rd encounter using the same excuse, I am putting up the review here.
Singtel should evaluate their 3rd party contractors carefully.
Maybe there are only 1 or 2 black sheep in the company but it does reflect badly on the whole service given.
