★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at the Singtel store at GWC to change our phones yesterday, an experience I wasn't exactly looking forward to, for fear of the the complications that could arise from data transfer etc. We were fortunately served by Clement, who turned out to be very helpful and service-oriented, taking the time to explain things in detail, enabling us to be clear about the entire process and our options, so that we could make informed choices. He was a great help with the data transfer, and was also vey patient throughout. We appreciated that greatly! Very relieved that the undertaking was surprisingly pleasant. I would recommend this Singtel store - ask for Clement:)

The only problem was with the activation of the new SIM (expected after 2-3 days)
Update on the review: it took 2 follow-up visits & 7 days to finally get the new SIM activated. Perhaps Singtel is more at fault than this retailer.

Clement my customer service representative was especially helpful. Walking through all the available contact options with me and providing good advice, even though I have complex requirements due to work & travel comments. Overall very happy with the whole experience.
