★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NTP+ is the new kid in the block in Lorong Chuan/Serangoon Ave 3 area. This area was lacking uptown casual dining, NTP provides just that. There are lots of casual dining and drinks restaurants, gym and a lounge area on the first floor. I also quite the the supermarket which is well stocked with pretty much everything from meat to home needs.
