β β β β β The side dishes is yummy. Enjoyed the Seafood pancake...not oily. I prefer the non marinated meat...taste much better than the marinated ones ( a little too salty for us)

β β β β β Really glad to find an authentic Korean restaurant in the neighborhood. The dining environment is nice and filled with nice kpop music. Food is delicious too. USDA ribeye is tender and juicy. Other meat like charcoal pork belly, pork collar and pork short rib are delicious too. The restaurant owner, also the chef, is Korean but speak fluent Mandarin. Really friendly and BBQ the meat for us. Really enjoyable dining experience.

β β β β β Like the environment of the restaurant, quite comfortable.
Highly recommend for their bbq chicken and pork. Its absolutely delicious and smell fragrance. The meats are very fresh as well.
Like their refillable lettuce and side dishes especially kimchi.
Definitely will revisit.

β β β β β Food was good and service good too. But prices were ridiculously high.
Many say itβs reasonable here but I can assure you itβs not. Plenty of Korean BBQ places in town that are equally good but at least 10 to 20% cheaper. Be prepared to spend at least $80 per pax, and not even be full. Doesnβt even include drinks. Prepare yourself to fork out $100-$120 each if you get alcohol too.
Anyone who says that prices are reasonable are probably friends with the owner. Or havenβt eaten any else before. Misled by many such reviews here. Pardon me if I am skeptical.

β β β β β We came here during lunch because of the high ratings on Google, but were disappointed. We didnβt order BBQ meat, only lunch sets - Marinated Pork Rib Stew & Clams Kalguksu.
Marinated Pork Rib Stew ($18 for large, $12 for small) was way too sweet. I could only have a few spoonfuls of it. Meat was tender though, so thatβs a plus.
Clams Kalguksu ($12) tasted super βmuddyβ - we saw a few clams that was still sandy, which meant that they werenβt cleaned thoroughly. It left a weird after taste and we couldnβt finish it at all. We had to mask the muddiness with kimchi in order to finish the clams.

β β β β β We could not book any of the Korean restaurants along Amoy Street for dinner, so just decided to try our luck at a random restaurant with at least 4 stars in google map.
This was recommended as it was relatively near our house. It was quite difficult to find when we reached as we have never been to this mall. Itβs entrance is located outside instead of within the mall.
The food was surprisingly good as shown in other reviews, and the meat of good quality. However the marinate was less sweet than other Korean BBQ restaurants. The difference between here and other korean restaurants was that the beef was cooked halfway first in the kitchen before bringing it out to be grilled the rest of the way. The result was still good as compared to others. The other cooked dishes like the cold noodles, the squid and panchan dishes were delicious. Only the grilled mackeral was quite bland and dry.
The owner chef came out to grill for us at our table and chatted with us in mandarin. My parents immediately ask if he was from Shandong from his accent. Turns out his parents were and he was born in Korea. Came over to Singapore 2 decades ago and married a Singaporean lady. He was very chatty and friendly. His staff however were very typical going through motion staff you find in almost every f&b in Singapore.
I would recommend to try this place out as it definitely is on par or better than some of those Korean BBQ in Amoy street.

β β β β β Our 1st time to this place for BBQ. Service by the staff was amazing. The staff cooked and cut the meat for us. However, be prepared to smell as this restaurant doesnβt have any smoke suction fan at the table. The Clams Kalguksu was simply delicious. We like the taste of the succulent meat too.

β β β β β Billed $155, 4 of us
I'm the only 1 who find the foods pretty nice, but 3 others thought it's ok only.
I think because the BBQ chicken, marinated to my liking.
The seafood pancake really have to eat while hot.
There are only 6 refillable side dishes.
Though there is no individual hood for the BBQ, my T-shirt didn't stink that bad.
Staff are friendly
